РОЛЬ КЛИНИЧЕСКИХ СЕСТРИНСКИХ РУКОВОДСТВ В УПРАВЛЕНИЙ КАЧЕСТВОМ СЕСТРИНСКОЙ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ
Аннотация
В обзоре литературы на современном этапе теория медсестер основана на научном подходе и научно обоснованной практике. Она рассматривает медсестру как равного партнера врача, который планирует и осуществляет сестринский уход на основе фактических данных и может принимать независимые решения по уходу. Клинические руководства по сестринскому делу являются документом о рекомендуемой наилучшей практике в конкретной клинической области, предназначенным для обеспечения руководством действий медицинских сестер в их практике. Сейчас актуально партнерство врача и медсестры, которое заключается в том, что врач оказывает пациенту врачебную помощь, а медсестра – сестринскую помощь, вместе с этим оба работают в мультипрофессиональной команде для повышения качества медицинской помощи на всех уровнях системы здравоохранения.

ROLE OF CLINICAL NURSING GUIDELINES IN QUALITY MANAGEMENT OF NURSING ACTIVITIES
Abstract
As a result of a literature review, a modern theory of nursing, based on a scientific approach and evidence-based practice, sees the nurse as an equal partner with a doctor who currently plans and implements nursing care based on evidence and makes independent care decisions. Clinical Nursing Guides are systematically developed guidelines for recommended best practice in a particular clinical area, designed to provide guidance for nurses in their practice. Now the partnership between the doctor and the nurse is that the doctor provides the patient with medical care, and the nurse - the nursing care, working as part of a multi-professional team of health professionals to improve the quality of medical care at all levels of the health system.
