РАЗЛИЧНЫЕ ТИПЫ САХАРНОГО ДИАБЕТА ПРИ БЕРЕМЕННОСТИ
Аннотация
В настоящее время сахарный диабет является одним из наиболее распространенных хронических заболеваний, влияющих на здоровье миллионов людей во всем мире. Беременность при сахарном диабете особенно привлекает внимание медицинского сообщества, так как сочетание данной патологии с беременностью является прогностически неблагоприятной как для матери, так и для плода. Каждый год во всем мире из 200 млн беременных женщин благополучные роды отмечаются лишь в 20 % случаев. Данная обзорная статья направлена на изучение особенности течения различных типов сахарного диабета при беременности с целью лучшего понимания особенностей клинического течения, акушерских и перинатальных осложнений.

VARIOUS TYPES OF DIABETES DURING PREGNANCY
Abstract
Currently, diabetes is one of the most common chronic diseases affecting the health of millions of people around the world. Pregnancy with diabetes especially attracts the attention of the medical community, since the combination of this pathology with pregnancy is prognostically unfavorable for both the mother and the fetus. Every year, out of 200 million pregnant women worldwide, only 20 % of all labors are successful. This review article is aimed at studying the features of the course of diabetes during pregnancy in order to better understand its clinical picture and outcomes.
