КЛИНИЧЕСКИЙ СЛУЧАЙ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ ВЫСОКОИНТЕНСИВНОГО ФОКУСИРОВАННОГО УЛЬТРАЗВУКА (HIFU) ПРИ ОСЛОЖНЕННОМ АЛЬВЕОКОККОЗЕ ПЕЧЕНИ В СОЧЕТАНИИ С ЧРЕСКОЖНЫМ ДРЕНИРОВАНИЕМ КАВЕРНОЗНОЙ ПОЛОСТИ
Аннотация
HIFU-терапия альвеококкоза печени является перспективным направлением в данной нозологической группе.
В настоящее время проводится аналогия по показателям эффективности с альтернативными методами лечения. В настоящей статье представлен клинический случай эффективного лечения пациента с применением высокоинтенсивного фокусированного ультразвука (HIFU) при осложненном альвеококкозе печени в сочетании с чрескожным дренированием кавернозной полости.
Проблемы стандартного подхода к лечению данного заболевания приводят к поиску новых возможностей и технологий. Авторы доступно излагают методику проведения HIFU-терапии у конкретного пациента. Подробно представлены результаты морфологического исследования биоптата пораженной альвеококком ткани после воздействия высокоинтенсивного ультразвука. Представлены данные об отдаленных результатов спустя 18 месяцев после применения HIFU–аблации.
Применение высокоинтенсивного фокусированного ультразвука при осложненном альвеококкозе печени представляет практический интерес в качестве возможной альтернативы радикальной хирургии печени.

CLINICAL CASE OF USING HIGH INTENSITY FOCUSED ULTRASOUND (HIFU) AT COMPLICATED LIVER ALVEOCOCCOSIS IN COMBINATION WITH PERCUTANEOUS DRAINAGE OF CAVERNOUS CAVITY
Abstract
HIFU-therapy of liver alveococcosis is a promising area in this nosologic group. Currently, analogy on success rates with alternative treatment methods is being conducted.
This article presents a clinical case of an efficient patient treatment using high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) at complicated liver alveococcosis in combination with percutaneous drainage of cavernous cavity.
Problems of a standard approach to the treatment of this disease leato the search of new opportunities and technologies. Authors simply represent the method of HIFU-therapy for the certain patient. There are detailed results of a morphological examination of the biopsy sample from the tissue damaged by alveococcosis after exposure to high intensity ultrasound. There are data about long-term results 18 months after using HIFU-ablation.
Using high intensity focused ultrasound at complicated liver alveococcosis is of a practical interest as a possible alternative to a radical liver surgery.
