РОЛЬ РЕСПИРАТОРНЫХ ИНФЕКЦИИ В РАЗВИТИИ БРОНХИАЛЬНОЙ АСТМЫ У ДЕТЕЙ
Аннотация
В данном обзоре литературы рассматриваются роль респираторных инфекции в развитии бронхиальной астмы (БА) у пациентов детского возраста. В дебюте БА у многих детей наблюдаются повторные ОРВИ, сопровождающиеся бронхо-обструктивным синдромом, в результате которого происходит значительное повышение бронхиальной гиперреактивности, что имеет патогенетическое значение в развитии вирус-индуцированной бронхиальной астмы.

THE ROLE OF RESPIRATORY INFECTIONS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF BRONCHIAL ASTHMA IN CHILDREN
Abstract
This literature review examines the role of respiratory infections in the development of bronchial asthma in pediatric patients. In the debut of asthma, many children experience repeated acute respiratory viral infections, accompanied by a broncho-obstructive syndrome, which results in a significant increase in bronchial hyperreactivity, which has pathogenetic significance in the development of virus-induced bronchial asthma.
