ЛИПИДНЫЙ ОБМЕН И ПРИЧИНЫ ДИСЛИПИДЕМИИ У ДЕТЕЙ ДОШКОЛЬНОГО ВОЗРАСТА
Аннотация
Цель исследования: изучение влиянии генеалогического анамнеза и характера вскармливания детей на липидный обмен в дошкольном возрасте.
Материалы и методы: Обследовано 100 детей в возрасте 2 -5 лет. У всех детей определились уровни общего холестерина, триглицеридов, липопротеидов высокой плотности, липопротеидов низкой плотности, также проводили расчет коэффициента атерогенности. Детей распределили в группы в зависимости от генеалогической отягощенности и типа питания первые 6 месяцев жизни. Изучено влияние семейного анамнеза и типа вскармливания детей на уровни липидного спектра.
Выводы:
1. Уровень липидного профиля прямо коррелирует с генеалогическим анамнезом по сердечно-сосудистым заболеваниям, связанным с атеросклерозом (р < 0,001).
2. Искусственное и смешанное питание являются предиктором развития
дислипопротеинемии (р < 0,001).
3. Наибольшее влияние на уровни показателей липидов имеет характер питания в первые 6 месяцев жизни.

LIPID METABOLISM AND CAUSES OF DYSLIPIDEMIA IN PRESCHOOL CHILDREN
Abstract
The purpose: study of the influence of the genealogical history and the nature of feeding children on lipid metabolism in preschool age.
Materials and methods of the research. The study examined 100 children aged 2 to 5 years. The children were divided into groups according to the genealogical history and nature of feeding in the first 6 months of life. In all children was conducted to determine levels of total cholesterol,
triglycerides, cholesterol of high density lipoproteins, cholesterol of low-density lipoproteins, as well as the calculation of atherogenic coefficient. Studied the effect of family history and the type of infant feeding on the levels of lipid spectrum.
Conclusion:
1. The level of lipid profile is directly correlated with family history for cardiovascular disease associated with atherosclerosis (p < 0.001).
2. Artificial and mixed feeding is a predictor of the development of dislipoproteidemia (p < 0.001).
3. The nature of nutrition in the first 6 months of life has the greatest influence on lipid levels.
