СПОСОБ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ОСТРОГО ПОДКОЖНОГО ПАРАПРОКТИТА У ДЕТЕЙ
Аннотация
В статье представлен опыт лечения парапроктита у 50 детей в возрасте от периода новорожденности до 14 лет, находившихся в хирургическом отделении Городской детской больницы № 2 г. Астана за период с 2017 по 2018 годы.
Показано, что основное количество детей с острым парапроктитом наблюдалось у мальчиков – 98 % наблюдений, наименьшее у девочек – 2 % наблюдений. При исследовании причинно-значимой микрофлоры выявлено, что на первом месте по частоте встречаемости были энтерококки и кишечная палочка (в 22,6 % случаев у больных выявлен Enterobacter aerogenes, у 18,2 % наблюдений - Escherichia coli).
Всем детям проведено хирургическое лечение – вскрытие абсцесса с иссечением свища. Раннее адекватное хирургическое лечение острого подкожного парапроктита с помощью устройства для изоляции послеоперационной раны при остром парапроктите у детей позволило снизить количество рецидивов до 4 % случаев, уменьшить количество проведенных койко-дней на 11 %, за счет более быстрого заживления послеоперационной раны.ті.

A METHOD FOR THE TREATMENT OF ACUTE SUBCUTANEOUS ANAL ABSCESS IN CHILDREN
Abstract
The article presents the experience of anal abscess treatment in 50 children aged from the period of the newborn to 14 years who were in the surgical department of the City Children’s Hospital № 2 in Astana for the period from 2017 to 2018.
It was shown that the main number of children with acute anal
abscess was observed in boys - 98 % of observations, the smallest in girls - 2 % of observations. In the study of the causally important microflora, it was found that Enterococcus and Escherichia coli were the most frequent in the frequency of occurrence (Enterobacter aerogenes were shown in 22,6 % of patients, and Escherichia coli in 18,2 % of cases).
All children underwent surgical treatment - dissection of the abscess with excision of the fistulа. Early adequate surgical treatment of acute subcutaneous paraproctitis using a device for isolating a postoperative wound in anal abscess in children reduced the number of relapses to 4%, reduced the number of hospital days by 11 %, due to faster healing of postoperative wounds.
