FACTORS INFLUENCING THE HEALTH OF MEDICAL WORKERS

ELEPBERGEN A. A., MOLDAGASIMOVA A. B., TARKINSKY E. V.

Abstract

To date, there is a lot of data on the health status and management of patients with various conditions, but insufficient attention is paid to the health status of medical workers. It has already been shown that physicians often develop physical and psychological health problems in connection with professional activities. Very often this is due to a violated work schedule, great responsibility, problems in the team. In comparison with the population, the incidence of medical workers is increased. In this regard, it is necessary to monitor the health of medical workers and take measures to improve at the administrative and institutional level.
