ФАКТОРЫ РИСКА РАЗВИТИЯ ПОСЛЕРОДОВОГО ЭНДОМЕТРИТА
Аннотация
В статье проведен анализ факторов риска, способствующих развитию послеродового эндометрита. С этой целью ретроспективно проанализированы истории родов женщин с послеродовым эндометритом. Результаты работы показывают, что его возникновение связано с возрастом свыше 30 лет, анемией, воспалительными заболеваниями желудочно-кишечного тракта, хронической артериальной гипертензией, латентным течением пиелонефрита, c такими гинекологическими заболеваниями, как кольпит, аднексит, большим количеством искусственных абортов, осложнением беременности преэклампсией, многоводием, маловодием, крупным плодом, паритетом родов 5 и выше, а также нерегулярным посещением поликлиники.

RISK FACTORS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE POSTPARTUM ENDOMETRITIS
Abstract
In this article the risk factors of the postpartum endometritis were analyzed. With this aim the birth histories of women with postpartum endometritis were retrospectively analyzed. The results of this work shows that the risk of increasing postpartum endometritis is associated with age over 30 years, anemia, inflamed diseases of gastrointestinal tract, chronic arterial hypertension, latent pyelonephritis, gynecological diseases such as colpitis, adnexitis, large number of artificial abortions, complications of pregnancy with preeclampsia, polyhydramnion, oligohydramnion, irregular visits to polyclinic, large fetus, birth parity 5 and above.
