ПРЕКОНДИЦИОНИРОВАНИЕ: ЗАЩИТА МИОКАРДА ОТ ИШЕМИЧЕСКОГО ПОВРЕЖДЕНИЯ

Аннотация

   В данной статье обсуждается феномен метаболической адаптации – прекондиционирование, возникающее вследствие коротких и повторяющихся эпизодов ишемии миокарда. По мнению многих авторов, прекондиционирование является эффективным способом защиты миокарда в условиях ишемии.

Abstract

   This article discusses the phenomenon of metabolic adaptation - preconditioning that occurs as a result of short and repeated episodes of myocardial ischemia. According to many authors, preconditioning is an effective way to protect the myocardium in conditions of ischemia.
