КАТЕТЕР ФОЛЛЕЯ КАК МЕТОД ВЫБОРА ПРИ ПОДГОТОВКЕ ШЕЙКИ МАТКИ К РОДАМ
Аннотация
Правильный подход в подготовке шейки матки к родам является одним из наиболее актуальных в современном акушерстве, так как в настоящее время до 25 % срочных родов проводятся с применением индукции родовой деятельности, что напрямую зависит от состояния шейки матки [8]. Для подготовки шейки матки, в целях индукции, используются различные методы. И до сегодняшнего дня спорно, какой из этих способов является наиболее оптимальным, в связи с чем проводятся дальнейшие исследования [4]. При незрелой шейке матки целесообразно начинать ее подготовку с катетера Фоллея [7].

FOLEY CATHETER AS A METHOD OF CHOICE WHEN PREPARING THE CERVIX FOR CHILDBIRTH
Abstract
The correct approach to preparing the cervix for delivery is one of the most relevant in modern obstetrics, as currently up to 25 % of urgent deliveries are performed using induction of labor, which directly depends on the state of the cervix [8]. Various methods are used to prepare the cervix for induction purposes. And to this day it is debatable which of these methods is the most optimal, in connection with which further research is being conducted [4]. With an immature cervix, it is advisable to start preparing the cervix with a Folley catheter. [7].
