BAYAZOVA M. B., NARMANOVA O. ZH., AMANOV S. B., NURBAEVA G. K.

Abstract

The articles, magazines, and books on Lean technology (Lean Manufacturing) in healthcare were analyzed in this literature review. The authors concluded that Lean technologies are a symbiosis of methodology and philosophy. Thanks to Lean manufacturing, it is possible to improve the quality of production or the provision of services by identifying and eliminating waste and process losses. An excursion into the history of the emergence of this technology was carried out, the main tools used in healthcare, as well as the prospects of application this method for Kazakhstan were reviewed.
