Аннотация
Данный литературный обзор посвящен вопросам, касающимся процессов формирования кишечной микробиоты, влиянию внешних и внутренних факторов, в особенности антибиотикотерапии, изменениям кишечной микробиоты у детей с диагнозом пневмония и дальнейшему становлению микробиоты кишечника как отдельного органа.

Abstract
This literature review is devoted to issues related to the processes of formation of the intestinal microbiota, the influence of external and internal factors, especially antibiotic therapy, changes in the intestinal microbiota in children diagnosed with pneumonia and the further development of the intestinal microbiota as a separate organ.
