ДИСПАНСЕРИЗАЦИЯ БОЛЬНЫХ СИСТЕМНЫМИ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЯМИ СОЕДИНИТЕЛЬНОЙ ТКАНИ НА ПРИМЕРЕ СИСТЕМНОЙ КРАСНОЙ ВОЛЧАНКИ ЗА РУБЕЖОМ И В РЕСПУБЛИКЕ КАЗАХСТАН
Аннотация
Системная красная волчанка является серьезным социально-значимым заболеванием с высоким уровнем инвалидизации и поражением лиц, преимущественно трудоспособного возраста. Мировое научное сообщество активно изучает и модернизирует современные клинические руководства по менеджменту, мониторингу и диспансеризации пациентов с системной красной волчанкой. Казахстанский клинический протокол в основном основан на европейских рекомендациях и содержит общие элементы с другими зарубежными протоколами. Однако, несмотря на максимальную разработанность руководящих клинических документов, не учитывается необходимость обязательного создания электронных регистров и 100 % мониторинга пациентов с учетом тяжести терапии системной красной волчанки, ее социальной значимости и высокой инвалидизации пациентов.

CLINICAL EXAMINATION OF PATIENTS WITH SYSTEMIC CONNECTIVE TISSUE DIS- EASES ON THE EXAMPLE OF SYSTEMIC LUPUS ERYTHEMATOSUS ABROAD AND IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN
Abstract
Systemic lupus erythematosus is a serious socially significant disease with a high level of disability and damage of individuals, mainly of working age. The world scientific community is actively studying and up-date modern clinical guidelines on management, monitoring and systemic monitoring of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. The Kazakhstan clinical protocol is primarily based on European guidelines and contains common elements with other foreign protocols. However, despite the maximum development of the governing clinical management documents, the need for compulsory creation of electronic registers and 100 % patient monitoring taking into account the severity of systemic lupus erythematosus therapy, its social significance and high patient disability still is not taken into account.
