Аннотация
В данном обзоре литературы рассмотрены актуальные вопросы серологической диагностики, использования методов молекулярной генетики, а также клиническая картина целиакии у взрослых. Обсуждаются вопросы своевременного морфологического исследования слизистой оболочки тонкой кишки для верификации диагноза.

Abstract
This review of the literature addresses topical issues of serological diagnosis, the use of molecular genetics, and the clinical picture of celiac disease in adults. The issues of timely morphological examination of the mucous membrane of the small intestine to verify the diagnosis are discussed.
