Аннотация

   В статье представлен обзор национальной и международной литературы по базам данных Medline, Pubmed, библиотеке Cochrane и через обычный поиск браузера на русском и английском языках. Выявлено 138 статей по рассматриваемому вопросу с целью определения стратегии мультидисциплинарного подхода в развитых странах. Анализ стратегических подходов к службам охраны материнства был рассмотрен в семи странах, а именно в Австралии, Канаде, Новой Зеландии, Англии, Уэльсе, Северной Ирландии и Шотландии. Стратегия каждой из стран ориентирована на максимальную помощь по уходу за беременностью и родами для беременных женщин и их семей, основаны на общих принципах: женщина в центре; качество и безопасность;
доступность.

AHMETOVA J. K., OSPANOVA D. A., SARMULDAEVA SH. K., LAKTIONOVA M. V., ABDIKHAEVA S. N., RAKHYSHOVA R. A., OSPANOVA A. E., ZHIENBAEVA K. K.

Abstract

   The article presents an overview of national and international literature on Medline, Pubmed, Cochrane library databases and through a regular browser search in Russian and English. We have found 138 articles on the subject in order to consider strategies for a multidisciplinary approach in developed countries. An analysis of strategic approaches to maternal health services was considered in seven countries, namely Australia, Canada, New Zealand, England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland. The strategy of each country is focused on maximum care of pregnancy and childbirth for pregnant women and their families, based on General principles: women in the center; quality and safety; accessibility.
