Панникулитоподобная Т-клеточная лимфома у детей

Подкожная панникулитоподобная Т-клеточная лимфома - редкая форма периферической Т-клеточной лимфомы. Частота встречаемости данной патологии составляет 1% всех первичных Т-клеточных лимфом кожи; при этом 20% общего числа пациентов с этой патологией - дети и подростки, таким образом, процент встречаемости данного типа опухоли в детском возрасте - менее 1%. Учитывая редкость этого заболевания, не существует единой тактики терапии и оценки ее эффективности. В статье представлен обзор литературы, посвященный описанию, диагностике и лечению панникулитоподобной Т-клеточной лимфомы, рассмотрен клинический случай данного типа лимфомы с прогрессирующим течением у ребенка 3 лет, которому в дальнейшем проведена трансплантация гемопоэтических стволовых клеток от гаплосовместимого родственного донора.
Родители пациента дали согласие на использование информации о нем, в том числе фотографий, в научных исследованиях и публикациях.

Subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma is a rare form of peripheral T-cell lymphoma. The frequency of occurrence of this pathology is 1% of all primary T-cell lymphomas of the skin, at that 20% of all population are children and adolescents, in this way, the percentage of occurrence of this type of tumor in the pediatric population is less than 1%. Given the rarity of pathology, there is no single tactic of therapy and an assessment of its effectiveness. This article presents a review of the literature on the description, diagnosis, and treatment of panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma. It also presents a clinical case of the development of this type of lymphoma in a 3-year-old child, with a progressive course and subsequent HScT from a haploinentical relative donor.
