Уратснижающие эффекты ингибиторов дипептидилпепти-дазы-4

Аннотация

Гиперурикемия представляет собой увеличение концентрации мочевой кислоты (МК) в сыворотке крови >420 мкмоль/л у мужчин или >360 мкмоль/л у женщин и является распространенным биохимическим отклонением. Она отражает перенасыщение внеклеточной жидкости уратами, концентрация которых превышает предел их растворимости, что предрасполагает к формированию кристаллов натриевой соли МК и в результате - развитию подагры, мочекаменной болезни и других заболеваний. В ранее проведенных исследованиях отмечены частое сочетание и взаимосвязь пуринового и углеводного обменов. В связи с этим выбор препаратов для коррекции данных нарушений должен учитывать возможность сочетанного положительного влияния на уровень МК и глюкозы сыворотки. Особый интерес представляют сахароснижающие препараты с плейотропным влиянием на несколько компонентов метаболического синдрома. На сегодняшний день одной из самых часто назначаемых групп препаратов в терапии сахарного диабета 2 типа являются влияющие на уровень инкретинов ингибиторы дипептидилпептидазы-4 ( глиптины), которые могут быть потенциально привлекательными у пациентов с нарушением пуринового обмена, поскольку имеющиеся данные говорят о наличии у данных препаратов влияния на уровень МК.
