Осложнения эндофаллопротезирования

Аннотация

Представлен анализ данных мировой литературы, посвященный различным осложнениям эндофаллопротезирования (имплантация одно-, двух- и трехкомпонентных устройств), в целях  снижения удельного веса периоперационных осложнений и улучшения косметических и  функциональных результатов данного оперативного пособия. Кроме того, были получены  выводы о значительном влиянии уровня хирургического опыта на успешность  эндофаллопротезирования при условии соблюдения особого режима асептики и антисептики.

Abstract

This article reviews currently available data on complications after penile implant surgery (using one-, two-, and three-piece devices) to decrease the frequency of perioperative complications and improve  cosmetic and functional results of the surgery. Furthermore, we found  that the level of surgical experience has a significant impact on the  efficacy of penile implant surgery, if a special regimen of asepsis and  antiseptics is strictly followed.
